Shipping Information

Delivery destinations

We ship only to the countries and regions available in our checkout country selector. The same delivery destinations apply to checkout and our Terms & Conditions. Please select your delivery country at checkout before placing an order. If you need help with your delivery address, contact shop@futurepay-develop.com before placing your order.

We do not deliver to the following restricted destinations: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Benin, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Russia, Croatia, Cuba, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kenya, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Monaco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Trinidad & Tobago, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe. These destinations cannot be selected at checkout, and orders using them are not accepted. Please do not use a forwarding arrangement or an alternative country selection to bypass these exclusions.

Order preparation and delivery times

After payment is confirmed, orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Pre-order, customized or out-of-stock items may follow separate arrangements, and customer service will communicate in the event of a delay.

After handover to the carrier, delivery is expected within 7–15 business days, excluding preparation time. Actual delivery times may be affected by the destination, customs clearance, holidays and carrier arrangements. Contact shop@futurepay-develop.com if your order is delayed or has not arrived.

Delivery arrangements

We use standard courier or postal delivery, with the carrier selected according to the destination. For CJ orders, available waybill information and observed logistics status may be checked after shipment information is available. Contact shop@futurepay-develop.com for delivery progress assistance.

Shipping charges and import costs

For standard products, shipping is currently free. For CJ products, shipping is calculated at checkout according to the delivery address, product and quantity. The applicable shipping charge is shown separately and confirmed before payment. Review the final order total before submitting your order.

Product prices include taxes collected by the merchant. For cross-border deliveries, import duties or destination taxes not included in the quoted amount are the customer’s responsibility. Contact shop@futurepay-develop.com before ordering if you would like to confirm applicable import costs.

Delivery details

Please provide an accurate recipient name, email address, telephone number and delivery address, including any required state or province and postal code. Review all delivery details before submitting your order.

The website does not allow you to edit the delivery address after an order is submitted. If you notice an error, contact shop@futurepay-develop.com promptly with your order number. We will check whether a correction can be arranged.

Viewing your order

Registered customers can view available order information after signing in. Guest customers should return using the browser used to place the order. Clearing browser data may prevent a guest customer from viewing the order again.

Cancellation and delivery problems

If an order is unpaid and the order page displays a Cancel order option, you may use that option. If the option is unavailable, contact shop@futurepay-develop.com to discuss your request.

For a missing parcel, damaged delivery or incorrect item, contact shop@futurepay-develop.com with your order number, a description of the issue and any relevant photographs you can reasonably provide. We will review the available information and explain the next steps. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy describes the applicable return arrangements.

Customer support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Asia/Shanghai), excluding public holidays.
