Information used for accounts and shopping

You may shop and place an order as a guest. If you register for an account, we use your name, email address and password for account management and authentication.

We use cart selections, quantities and selected currency to maintain your cart and prepare an order. At checkout, we collect your email address, recipient name, phone number, country, province or state, city, street address and postal code as required by the address form.

We retain order information, including the products, quantities, prices, currency, delivery details, order status and payment status. Information you choose to send through customer support is used to handle your request.

How information is used

Personal information is used for account management, order fulfillment, payment, delivery, customer support and necessary security maintenance. Payment references and results are used to match payments with orders and investigate payment issues.

Payments

Payments are handled through the FuturePay checkout. To create a payment session, this store sends your email address, delivery country, order and payment identifiers, payment amount, currency and store return information.

The payment provider collects the payment details required on its checkout. This store’s application does not collect or store your full payment card number or card security code. We record payment identifiers and payment results needed to reconcile your order.

Cookies and browser storage

This storefront uses necessary cookies for sign-in, cart access, guest order access and currency selection. The storefront does not currently enable analytics or advertising tracking.

If Cookie Preferences are displayed, the preference is saved in this browser’s local storage. This does not turn off cookies needed for shopping functions.

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser. Clearing them may sign you out, reset shopping preferences or prevent access to guest orders from that browser. Clearing browser data does not delete order records held by the store.

The external payment checkout may use its own browser storage under the provider’s privacy practices.

Data retention

Account information is retained for the period needed to provide account services. Order, payment and after-sales records are retained according to fulfillment needs, dispute handling and applicable tax and financial record requirements.

A deletion request does not immediately remove records that must be retained by law. Logs and backups are handled according to the applicable operational arrangements. An expired sign-in session or guest access credential does not mean that an order has been deleted automatically or immediately from store records. There is no self-service account deletion interface on the storefront at this time, and the storefront does not provide a self-service personal-data export page to customers.
